Brynn's Bakery is a downtown Kamloops artisan bakery specializing in naturally leavened sourdoughs, whole grain and multigrain loaves, and a rotating selection of pastries including croissants, sticky buns, and scones. Founded by Brynn after culinary training at TRU and VCC, it began at the Kamloops Regional Farmers Market in 2019 before opening its Victoria Street storefront.
