Martine's Bistro is a chef-owned fine-dining restaurant in Comox, BC, open since 2004 and celebrated as one of Vancouver Island's top restaurants. The kitchen sources fresh halibut from resident fishermen at the Comox Marina and herbs from its own garden, rotating weekly specials on a 'Fresh Sheet.' The patio overlooks the harbour and marina, and the Comox Wharf is just a block away — a natural stop for cyclists touring the Island.
