Earnest Ice Cream
Earnest Ice Cream has been crafting small-batch, locally-sourced ice cream in Vancouver since 2012, with rotating seasonal flavors updated monthly and a strong commitment to sustainability including carbon-neutral operations and a pioneering zero-waste glass jar return program that collected over 254,000 jar returns in one year. The Quebec Street location is one of four scoop shops across Metro Vancouver and sits in the heart of the Mount Pleasant neighborhood, a well-traveled cycling corridor. The company donates 1% of revenue to community causes and was the first ice cream company to pack pints in refillable, returnable glass jars.
