Tofitian is a cafe and bakery that has been a community institution in Tofino for over 20 years, nestled in the rainforest along the Pacific Rim Highway at the edge of the continent. Fresh baked goods roll out at 7am daily — from breakfast polenta and croissants to savoury turnovers and vegan brownies — making it a natural first stop before a day on the wild coast. The cafe also runs an online store shipping west coast goods province-wide, and its branded merchandise doubles as a local souvenir.
