Cumberland Village Bakery is a historic landmark that has occupied the same spot on Cumberland's main street for over 100 years, best known for its world-famous glazed Cumberland donut revived in 2004 from the Auchterlonie family tradition. The bakery produces artisan sourdough breads leavened with a 20-year-old culture, all-butter croissants, and a broad range of sweet and savoury baked goods — all made from scratch using locally sourced Comox Valley ingredients. Cumberland is a renowned mountain biking destination, and this bakery is a beloved and iconic stop in the village core.
