The Pie Hole is a BC-born specialty pie bakery founded by Jenell Parsons in 2011, expanding from farmers markets and food trucks to three brick-and-mortar locations across Greater Vancouver. The West Broadway location offers a rotating menu of both sweet and savory pies — from Vietnamese Coffee Pie to Thai Chicken and Mac & Cheese — made from scratch with locally sourced produce, dairy, and free-range eggs.
