Transylvanian Traditions Bakery is a Romanian-inspired specialty dessert shop on Vancouver's Davie Street, open since February 2008. It is one of the first establishments in Canada to make Kürtőskalács (chimney cake), a traditional sweet spiral pastry glazed with caramel and crushed walnuts, alongside more than a dozen preservative-free European cakes. The bakery has been featured in the Vancouver Sun and is considered one of Vancouver's premier dessert destinations.
