Sage Hayward Vineyards
Sage Hayward Vineyards is a family-owned estate winery and bistro on Saturna Island in BC's Southern Gulf Islands, with vines first planted in 1995 in clay soils layered with ancient marine sediment. The property includes a seasonal tasting room and the Feral Goat Bistro, led by Chef Lee Yarrow and focused on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients paired with estate wines. Situated on a dramatic south-facing sea bench between sheer cliffs and ocean currents, it is accessible by BC Ferries, seaplane, or private boat — including via the property's own dock and mooring buoys.
