Willows Galley
Willows Galley Fish & Chips has been an Estevan Village institution since 1980, tucked into Oak Bay's neighbourhood shopping strip in Victoria. Current owners Dave and Jennifer Higgins returned in 2011 to resurrect the shop's original sourdough fish batter and house-made menu that generations of locals remember. It operates as a takeout counter with a full seafood and burger menu, and uses compostable packaging throughout.
