Vancouver Crossing Loop

This is the big one. The Vancouver Crossing Loop is a multi-day touring route that uses BC Ferries to connect Vancouver, Vancouver Island, and the Gulf Islands in one grand loop.
From Vancouver, take the SeaBus to North Vancouver and ride the Spirit Trail to Horseshoe Bay. Ferry to Nanaimo. Ride south through Ladysmith, Chemainus, Duncan, and the Cowichan Valley Trail to Lake Cowichan. Continue to Sooke, then along the coast to Victoria — Beacon Hill Park, the Inner Harbour, the Lochside Trail. Ferry from Swartz Bay through the Gulf Islands to Tsawwassen. Ride through Steveston, along the Fraser, through Pacific Spirit Regional Park and False Creek back to Vancouver.
Highlights include Stanley Park, Goldstream Provincial Park, the Cowichan Valley Trail, downtown Victoria, and the Gulf Islands ferry views. Plan 5–7 days.
