Melange Restaurant

Melange is a farm-to-table restaurant in downtown Nanaimo committed to sourcing from local Vancouver Island farmers, brewers, and producers — including Gabriola Food Hub, Morgan Creek Farm, and Evening Cove Oysters. The name (French for 'mix') reflects its blending of culinary backgrounds and scratch-made approach, from house-infused cocktails to rotating oyster selections. Owner and sommelier Gaetan Brousseau oversees an extensive wine list with a Coravin system that allows most bottles to be offered by the glass.
