Altmaerker
Altmaerker is a family-owned German sausage house and deli in North Delta, operated by Stephan and Sandra Till, who immigrated from the Altmark region of Germany and opened the shop in 2012. Stephan is a certified Fleischer Meister who crafts housemade sausages and charcuterie entirely from traditional German and European recipes — all gluten-free, no binders or fillers. Touring cyclists will find a rich selection of housemade sausages, European-style breads and cheeses, pastries, condiments, custom sandwiches, and homemade soups.
