Founded in 2011 by two friends, Timbertrain Coffee Roasters has grown into a well-regarded Vancouver specialty roaster with three café locations, including this Gastown outpost on West Cordova Street. The café emphasizes single-origin and seasonal coffees sourced through direct, transparent relationships with farms across multiple origins. Situated in one of Vancouver's most cycling-accessible and tourist-frequented neighbourhoods, it offers a welcoming community space for a post-ride espresso or bag of freshly roasted beans.
