Seymour Valley + Lonsdale Brew Loop

This route starts at the Lonsdale Quay SeaBus terminal — a 12-minute ferry from downtown Vancouver — and heads east through North Vancouver's brewery district (Moodyville, Park & Tilford, Brooksbank) before climbing into Lynn Valley and the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve (LSCR).
The Seymour Valley Trailway is a wide, paved path through mature forest along the Seymour River, with nearby access to old-growth areas. It passes no businesses or settlements — just river, forest, and quiet. The optional gravel return loop adds some elevation and singletrack.
The contrast is the point: urban brewery hopping one hour, wilderness solitude the next, all without a car.
