900 Bistro
900 Degrees Bistro Sidney is the peninsula outpost of a Vancouver Island wood-fired Italian restaurant committed to fresh, organic ingredients with no frozen food, deep fryers, or microwaves. The menu extends well beyond pizza to include house-made pastas, wood-fired filet mignon, and escargots, giving Saanich Peninsula cyclists a sit-down meal that goes beyond typical roadside fare. It is the second location of a locally-owned operation run by chef-owner Adrian Ortiz-Mena.
