Wildfire Bakery

Wildfire Bakery is a small, family-owned artisan bakery on Victoria's Quadra Street, operating since 1998 and specializing in naturally leavened sourdough breads baked in a wood-fired oven. They grind all their whole grain flours using a custom stone mill, sourcing certified organic and mostly BC-grown wheat, spelt, and rye. Cyclists will find a broad selection of fresh loaves, croissants, muffins, pastries, custom cakes, and packaged grocery items like pasta and granola.
