Linh Café
Linh Café is a casual French-Vietnamese restaurant in Vancouver's Beach District, tucked under the Granville Bridge at the corner of Pacific and Granville Streets. Chef-owner Tai Nguyen trained at several acclaimed French restaurants in Vancouver before merging his Vietnamese heritage with classical French technique — resulting in a menu that spans salad rolls and pho-adjacent comfort alongside foie gras, steak tartare, and Beef Wellington using locally sourced BC and Alberta ingredients. The restaurant opened in 2014 and relocated to its current Granville Street home in 2021.
