A Bread Affair

A Bread Affair is BC's first certified organic artisan bakery, founded in 2005 and located beside the Granville Island Public Market in Vancouver. The bakery uses slow fermentation and small-batch techniques with locally sourced organic BC ingredients to produce sourdough loaves, croissants, artisan sandwiches, and seasonal pastries. A second production bakery in Langley supplies organic bread to retailers across the Lower Mainland.
