Saunter is a specialty coffee shop opened in 2022 and housed in the historic Victory Building in Gastown, a 1908 structure retaining its original sandstone facade, exposed beams, and red brick. The shop serves espresso classics, specialty teas, hojicha, matcha, and pastries baked fresh each morning in a space deliberately designed around slowing down. A touring cyclist passing through downtown Vancouver can stop here for a quality drink and a bite before continuing on.
