Fife Bakery is a cozy artisan sourdough and coffee shop located just outside Olympic Village in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood of Vancouver, open since December 2016. The bakery hand-crafts levain loaves using organic, sustainably grown Canadian grains and slow fermentation, alongside a full specialty coffee menu. A warm, rustic interior designed by award-winning designer Perry Chua makes it a welcoming stop for cyclists passing through East Van.
