X̱wi7x̱wa
X̱wi7x̱wa Library is the only Indigenous branch of an academic library in Canada, housed in a building whose architecture represents an Interior Salish pit-house on the UBC campus. Its collections and services reflect Indigenous approaches to teaching, learning, and research, and it is open to everyone — not just UBC students. The library is a culturally significant stop for visitors interested in Indigenous scholarship and knowledge systems in British Columbia.
