Gather Restaurant

Gather is a neighbourhood restaurant occupying a glass-encased corner of Kelowna's Innovation Centre, serving a distinctive fusion of modern Korean and Italian cuisine crafted by Chef Sung Ji Park, whose background spans traditional Korean home cooking and a decade in fine Italian kitchens. The intimate interior was designed and built in Italy by co-owner Luigi Coccaro, with an open kitchen that lets diners watch the cooking unfold. The menu is built around shareable small, medium, and large plates — a format rooted in both Korean and Italian dining culture — paired with a wine list of over 180 curated selections.
