The Winter Garden is one of more than twenty gardens on the grounds of Government House, the official residence of British Columbia's Lieutenant Governor, in Victoria's Rockland neighbourhood. The estate grounds are open to the public every day of the year and are free to explore. Touring cyclists will find the gardens a pleasant stop, with a seasonal garden cafe (Rudi's Tea Room), free guided garden tours, and the Cary Castle Mews & Costume Museum also on site.
