Compass Customer Service
Compass Customer Service is TransLink's in-person office for Metro Vancouver's transit fare card, located inside Waterfront Station — the main interchange hub for SkyTrain, SeaBus, and West Coast Express. Cyclists who plan to combine riding with transit can pick up or manage a Compass card here, or get system-wide trip planning assistance. The office is staffed by TransLink agents and can provide service in over 300 languages via a third-party interpreter line.
