Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre
The Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre is a community theatre operated by a non-profit society on behalf of the Regional District of the North Okanagan, hosting over 100 concerts, festivals, and events each year alongside a curated SPOTLIGHT Presentation Season. Opened in October 2001 after a successful 1999 referendum, the facility features a Main Auditorium and the smaller Marie Fleming Studio, welcoming audiences of all ages to professional and community productions spanning dance, theatre, music, and special presentations. Touring cyclists passing through Vernon's North Okanagan corridor could take in live performances here as a cultural stop.
