Ruckle Provincial Park
Ruckle Provincial Park occupies the southeastern tip of Salt Spring Island, offering tent camping in open grassy meadows overlooking Swanson Channel where ferries and pleasure craft pass in a steady parade. With seven kilometres of rocky shoreline, the park is one of the most biodiverse in the southern Gulf Islands, drawing wildlife watchers, scuba divers, and beachcombers to its tidal pools and coastal trails. For touring cyclists arriving by BC Ferries, it is a short ride from the Fulford Harbour terminal to one of the most scenic campgrounds in the region.
