Haylmore Heritage Site
The Haylmore Heritage Site commemorates Will Haylmore, the original gold claim mine recorder in the Bridge River Valley, on the property where he lived and operated near Gold Bridge. The Bridge River Valley Community Association has restored one of the buildings and a stage on the grounds, and the site now serves as both a tourism information booth and a place to purchase locally produced artisan goods. A community-owned 4 kW solar array was installed at the site in 2015 as part of a regional renewable energy initiative.
