Cariboo Island North Recreation Site
Two beach campsites on the northern tip of Cariboo Island, sitting mid-lake on Quesnel Lake with expansive Cariboo Mountain views — spectacular setting, but reachable by boat only from launches at Abbott Creek, Horsefly Bay, or Likely, with shallow waters near the island and sudden violent windstorms adding real hazard.
