The Widzin Kwah Canyon House Museum sits above the famous Widzin Kwah (Bulkley River) Canyon, where visitors can watch traditional Witsuwit'en fishermen at work below. The museum holds artifacts and recently excavated stone tools carbon-dated back 6,000 years from the ground on which it stands, and offers professionally guided 45-minute cultural tours covering Witsuwit'en clan history, archaeology, and traditional fishing technologies. Authentic locally made moccasins, beaded jewelry, and native art are available for purchase on site.
