The Parksville Museum is a heritage park operated by the Parksville & District Historical Society, featuring a collection of historic buildings some dating to 1885 and hands-on exhibits exploring the pioneer history of Parksville, Errington, Coombs, and Nanoose Bay. Highlights include the only traditional Japanese blacksmith forge in Western Canada, an interactive E&N Railway exhibit, and archives containing over 6,000 historical photographs. The open-air Marion Craig Courtyard is available year-round and makes a pleasant stop for cyclists to rest and have a picnic.
