Kaze - Sushi And Beyond

KA-ZE Sushi & Beyond is Whistler's long-established Japanese restaurant, operated since 2000 by owner-chef Tom Akama — known locally as 'Tokyo Tom' — who has been running mountain-town Japanese restaurants across Western Canada since 1978. Located on the Shops Level of the Westin Resort & Spa, it offers an intimate dining experience featuring fresh sashimi flown directly from Japan and is the only restaurant in North America carrying exclusive Matsusaka Beef. The menu extends well beyond sushi to include traditional Japanese hot pots such as Shabu Shabu, Sukiyaki, and the house-special Whistler Nabe.
