Monarch Mountain/A Xéegi Deiyi Conservancy is a BC Parks–managed protected area located immediately east of Atlin in northern BC, on the traditional territory of the Taku River Tlingit First Nation. The 5.3 km Monarch Mountain Trail—the most popular trail in the Atlin region—climbs from a trailhead on Warm Bay Road to summit views and culturally significant lakes used for spiritual activities. The conservancy also permits snowshoeing in winter and wildlife viewing throughout the summer.
