Grouse Grind Trailhead
The Grouse Grind is one of Metro Vancouver's most iconic challenges, a steep trail climbing nearly 900 metres up the face of Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver. Touring cyclists can ride to the base at 6400 Nancy Greene Way and experience the mountain complex, which also hosts the Grouse Bike Park with lift access, bike rentals, and mountain bike camps — making it relevant beyond just the hiking trail. The summit is home to grizzly bear habitat, wildlife demonstrations, scenic lookouts, and multiple dining venues with panoramic views of Vancouver.
