Phillips Estuary/ʔNacinuxʷ Conservancy protects 1,461 hectares of marine, estuary, lake, and river environments at the head of Phillips Arm on BC's Southern Central Coast, about 53 km north of Campbell River. Established in 2007 following Government-to-Government discussions with First Nations, it offers fishing for all five salmon species and wildlife viewing in a largely undeveloped wilderness setting. There are no developed trails, and cyclists are restricted to roadways within the conservancy.
